Raw Cabbage Slaw Recipe

Credit to my Dad for creating this delicious raw cabbage dish, which is the perfect healthy side to have with most meals!

This homemade recipe is not only RAW ad HEALTHYΒ  but it is also VEGAN, what else could you want?

If you fancy making a healthier alternative to coleslaw, then give this a try!

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 – Savoy cabbage
  • 4 – Garlic cloves
  • 2 – Red onions

Step 1: Slice these all up and put them into a dish or serving bowl. For best results, chop finely.

  • Avocado oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt / Himalayan salt
  • 2 Lemons
  • Paprika

Step 2: Mix this all up in a blender to make the perfect healthy salad dressing.

Step 3: Pour the salad dressing over the cabbage and vegetables and mix it in well.

This Raw Cabbage Slaw is super delicious and beats any shop-bought salad by miles, so make sure you give this a go and enjoy with others.
